Reference is made to the Third Quarter Financial Results announcement of Yongnam Holdings Limited (the "Company") on 12 November 2015 (the "Announcement").
The Board of Directors of the Company notes a typographical error in the news release attached in the Announcement. In comparison of the NAV per share stated in the Financial Highlights as illustrated in a table form in the news release, the comparison period stated as 30 September 2015 vs 31 December 2015 should read as 30 September 2015 vs 31 December 2014.
Except as stated above, all the information in the Announcement remains unchanged.
