CLARIFICATION ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF THE COMPANY FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2014
The Board of Directors of Yongnam Holdings Limited (the "Company") refers to announcement released on 28 February 2015 in relation to the captioned subject (Announcement reference no. SG150228OTHRBL9S) and wishes to clarify that under Paragraph 8 "Review of the Performance of the Group", the net assets value should read as follows: -
Net asset value per share declined by 1.33 Singapore cents, from 25.01 Singapore cents as at 31 December 2013 to 23.68 Singapore cents as at 31 December 2014.
A copy of the revised financial statements announcement for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 is attached hereto for information and reference.
