Change Of Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Yongnam Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 29 June 2007, Ms Ng Lee Ing has been appointed as Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Lathika Devi Amma d/o K R Pillay who has resigned on 29 June 2007.

Ms Joanna Lim Lan Sim remains as the other Secretary.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Lathika Devi Amma d/o K R Pillay for her services to the Company.
