Notification Of Error

With reference to the announcement made on 27 June 2005 (Announcement reference no. 00019) pertaining to the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, the Board of Director wishes to inform that the correct name of the subsidiary should be "YONGNAM STEEL WORK SYSTEM ENGINEERING (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD." instead of "Yongnam Steel Structure Project (Shanghai) Co Ltd.".
