Change Of Company Secretaries

The Board of Directors of Yongnam Holdings Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that Ms Julie Chin Lee Nah has resigned as the Secretary of the Company with effect from 24 February 2005. Ms Choong Mee Fong was appointed as Secretary of the Company in place of Ms Julie Chin Lee Nah to act jointly and severally with Ms Lathika Devi Amma d/o K R Pillay in the execution of their duties with effect from 24 February 2005.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Julie Chin Lee Nah for her services to the Company.
