NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 11 May 2012 for the purpose of determining entitlement of ordinary shareholders to the first and final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 1 Singapore cent per ordinary share ("the Final Dividend").

Duly completed registrable transfers of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898, up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2012 will be registered to determine the members' entitlements to the Final Dividend.

Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2012 will be entitled to the Final Dividend. Payment of the Final Dividend, if approved by members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2012, will be made on 30 May 2012.
