Footnotes	NOTICE OF BOOKS CLOSURE AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE (for Shares Quoted on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of the Company will be closed on 11 May 2011 for the purpose of determining entitlement of ordinary shareholders to the first and final one-tier tax-exempt dividend of 0.65 Singapore cents per ordinary share ("the Final Dividend"). Duly completed registrable transfers of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration at 8 Cross Street, #11-00 PWC Building, Singapore 048424, up to 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2011 will be registered to determine the members' entitlements to the Final Dividend. Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 10 May 2011 will be entitled to the Final Dividend. Payment of the Final Dividend, if approved by members at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 April 2011, will be made on 20 May 2011.
