PUBLIC SHAREHOLDINGS

Rule 723 of the Listing Manual of the SGX-ST requires that at least 10% of the equity securities (excluding preference shares and convertible equity securities) of a listed company in a class that is listed is at all times held by the public. The Company has complied with Rule 723 of the Listing Manual. As at 17 March 2009, approximately 84.67% of the Company's ordinary shares listed on the SGX-ST were held in the hands of the public.
